Eathos

Our Story

eathos (pronounced ‘ethos’) is an eatery like no other in Dublin. Our fresh approach to food, with quality and provenance in mind, makes this daytime fare unrivalled in the city.

Located across two locations on Baggot Street Lower & Baggot Street Upper, eathos is a café, eatery and patisserie that, as the name suggests, has a particular philosophy at its core. We want to make thoughtful food that makes our customers happy!

Our team is dedicated and passionate about food, from our highly trained and innovative chefs, who have designed a menu of creative flavours with first-class ingredients, right down to our friendly serving staff, who will attentively serve you explaining each dish as you request.

Our philosophy

Food is about enjoyment and that is at the heart of our philosophy. Our passion for food extends internationally and our inspiration comes from the world’s most pioneering chefs. We have harnessed this fervor for world cuisine to create a menu of delicious food from fresh savoury dishes to patisserie delights. We pay particular homage to Eastern Mediterranean cuisine throughout our menu, made with the best artisan Irish ingredients and produce.
